Refunds & Returns Policy

At Missy Mop Patch, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage or stains

  • Returned with original packaging where possible

Due to hygiene and handmade product standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items that have been used or washed

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange where possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
